We couldn’t have asked for a better day! The weather was gorgeous. Thank you so much to everyone who came out, and helped make the Grand Opening a huge success! It was so exciting meeting potential new residents. I hope you all had as much fun as we did!
Coming Together as a Community
The live band set the mood perfectly. Everyone was able to enjoy the sunshine, listen to some good music, and play cornhole out in the courtyard.
For those who had never experienced a real North Carolina pig pickin’ before, I just want to say that I’m so glad you got to try Fat Sally’s Smokehouse and BBQ first. Truly some of the best, most authentic North Carolina barbeque around.
The homes looked amazing–fully decorated and ready to go, we definitely recommend you drop by and come see them if you haven’t already. Each of the homes was set up with hors d’oeuvres. Marco’s Pizza in one, Skylines Cafe & Bar in another, Fiesta Mexicana in the third, and one more with Manning’s Restaurant. Dylan’s Unique Gifts & Weddings treated us to some sweet treats in the last. Thank you so much to all of them for providing awesome food.
Beer was provided by The Deep River Brewing Company. They’re an excellent local brewery located just down the road from The Walk at East Village, and it’s sure to be one of your favorites when you move in.
A big thanks to our sponsored who helped make this event possible! Wells Fargo, Bank of North Carolina, and Cornerstone Home Lending we appreciate everything you do for us. It was so wonderful working with you.
This was truly a community effort. From It was wonderful getting to see everyone come together in the pocket neighborhood: a preview of things to come once everyone is settled into their homes.
Now that we’re officially open, we’re excited to invite everyone to come visit our homes. Shoot us a message, give us a call, or feel free to drop by our sales center!
